What happens to your note

It goes into our request list, with your neighborhood attached. We sort by what we can get done fast and where the money stretches furthest. If we take your request on, you hear from us before anything happens. Your contact info stays with the campaign. The public receipt shows the block and the work, not your name, unless you checked the box.

Some things a campaign cannot legally do or safely touch, and city crews exist for a reason. If your note is a 311 case, we'll say so and help you file it.
